Grab your gear, shoot your project, and return it on time.
If you have not yet rented from us in the past then you'll need to first fill out a "New Renter Profile" form. Click the button below to get started on your first rental order.

Start by filling out our New Renter Form. Once approved, you’ll be able to request gear based on availability. We’ll confirm your rental before pickup.

Most requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You’ll be notified by email once approved. In some cases, we may reach out for additional information.

Once your rental is confirmed, gear is picked up from our studio at your scheduled time. Full payment is due at pickup, and a valid card must remain on file during your rental.

Sometimes. Depending on the gear and rental, we may require a refundable deposit. If everything is returned in good condition, it’s typically refunded within 10 business days.

Rental length is based on availability and your request. Most rentals are short-term, but longer rentals may be approved depending on the gear and schedule.

Yes, as long as the gear is still available. Extensions must be approved before your return time, and your card on file must be active.

Gear is due back by 2PM on your return date. Late returns are charged additional rental time until the gear is returned.

Let us know within 24 hours of pickup. Do not attempt to repair the gear. We’ll help troubleshoot, replace it, or issue a credit if needed.

You’re responsible for the gear while it’s in your possession. Repair or full replacement costs may be charged if equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen.

Yes, you can cancel anytime before pickup. We may also cancel if needed due to availability or other factors.
