InMotion Gear Rental Terms
By renting from us, you’re agreeing to the following:
Booking & Agreement
When you submit a rental request and we confirm it, your rental is locked in and these terms apply. No signature needed.
Rental Period

Your rental starts when you pick up the gear

Gear is due back by 2PM on your return date

Late returns will be charged extra
Payment & Card on File

Full payment is due at pickup
-
A valid credit card must stay on file during your rental
-
Any late fees, extensions, or damage charges will be billed to that card
If your card is locked or declines, we may deny extensions or future rentals.
Deposits
We may require a refundable deposit before pickup.
If everything comes back in good condition, it will be refunded within about 10 business days.
Using the Gear

Use everything safely and as intended

Follow all laws and manufacturer guidelines

Don’t modify, take apart, or remove labels/serial numbers
Who Can Rent
You must be 18 or older to rent or handle pickup/returns.
Condition of Equipment
Our gear may show normal wear, but it will be working properly when you receive it.
If Something Isn’t Working

Let us know within 24 hours of pickup

Do not try to fix it yourself

Bring it back and we’ll replace it or credit you if needed
If you don’t report issues within 24 hours, we’ll assume everything was working when you got it.
Damage or Loss
You are responsible for the gear while it’s in your possession.
If something is damaged, lost, or stolen:

We may charge for repair or full replacement
-
This includes parts, labor, and any related costs
Insurance Option
You can:

Provide your own insurance (and list InMotion as additionally insured), or
-
Allow us to place a hold on your card for coverage
Returns

Return gear clean and in good condition

Remove your SD cards and personal items
- If a Memory Card is rent be sure to save a copy of your media as we will not be responsible for any media lost or deleted upon renturn

Cleaning fees may apply if gear is returned dirty
Cancellations

You can cancel anytime before pickup

We can also cancel if needed (rare, but possible)
Availability
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.
Your rental is confirmed only after we approve it.
Important Notes

No refunds for unused time if you return gear early
-
You can’t sub-rent or lend the gear to someone else
-
You’re responsible for anyone you allow to pick up or use the gear
Communication
By renting, you agree we can contact you by phone, email, or text about your rental.
