RENT PHOTO AND VIDEO GEAR IN BAKERSFIELD

Once you've submitted a request to rent gear, and the item(s) you requested are available to rent for the duration you selected, we will inform you via email letting you know we've reserved those items for you. You can pickup your requested items at our studio generally after 2pm unless otherwise stated.

In some cases Yes, you may need to put down a deposit in order to rent a specific items, generally those that have a higher price value. However, you will receive a full refund of the deposit upon rental return.

Although we check our equipment to make sure everything is working as it should, it’s technology and we can’t guarantee tech will always work without failure.  We will inspect and clean the equipment upon return and before going out on a rental. If an item you rented from us is stolen or you happen to lose an item, we urge you to call or email us as soon as you find out. If stolen you’ll need to provide us with a police report and pay 100% of the replacement value of the equipment.  For more information about our terms and conditions please read our Rental Agreement here.

Scratches and scuff marks on any of our lenses, cameras, lights and other studio equipment are considered normal use, not damaged. Also, spills, stains or tears to the base of a backdrop are are acceptable.

An item is considered damaged when a Lens, a camera body, a light or other item no longer works as it should or if more than 50% of a paper roll is damaged. In these instances you will be charged for any replacements or costs associated with a repair including shipping fees and any other additional costs as a result of the damaged item.  For more information about our terms and conditions please read our Rental Agreement here.

Don't worry, if you forget to bring our rental items by 2pm on the day your gear is due we get it. Life happens. We'll only charge the extra day or days that you had the rental items to the card on file.

Yes, just let us know 24 hours or more prior to your pickup date to not be charged.  We are professional photographers and videographers who are out creating content as well.  So we know how things can go with clients and scheduling.

If you happen to return an item after the return rental end period you will be required to pay the regular additional rental duration of that item.  However, since we regularly use our own gear for projects and to be able to continue renting to others we do ask that you first call or email about needing more time for your rental.  Some restrictions apply. For more information about our terms and conditions please read our Rental Agreement here.

Yes, at any time during your rental, not less than 24 hours prior to your return date & time, you can request an extension via email.  This won't always get approved since someone may already be waiting for the rental item you have to be returned to fulfill their upcoming shoot so just be sure to check your email regularly after you've requested an extension.  For more information about our terms and conditions please read our Rental Agreement here.

Although most rentals are generally 1 day, a few days or 1 weekend we do allow rentals for just about any duration.  If you need more time than 1 week please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
