HOW IT WORKS
- Backdrop & Setup
Choose from six professional backdrops that align with your company’s style. We’ll bring the studio to you—just provide a 10x10x10 space for setup.
- Image Selection & Delivery
Each team member selects their favorite image(s) on a tablet during the session. We then professionally edit and deliver the selected images within 5–7 business days.
- Pricing & Billing
Pricing is based on session coverage, the number of images delivered, and any optional extras. We bill the company directly, with a 50% deposit required to secure your booking.
BEFORE AFTER RETOUCHING
With over 20 years of Photoshop expertise, we deliver headshot retouching that’s fast, precise, and detail-oriented. We enhance your images while maintaining a natural look, ensuring you look your absolute best.
BACKDROP OPTIONS
When scheduling team headshots, you’ll choose one backdrop from our six available options. Not sure which to pick? Grey is our most popular choice and works well for almost any setting!

1 Hour: Small Teams: 4-9 individuals | $550 + price of digital images
1/2 Day Rate (up to 4 Hours) Medium Teams: 10 to 29 individuals | $950 + price of digital images
Full Day Rate (up to 8 hrs) Large Teams 30-50 individuals | $1,400 + price of digital images
