What happens after I sign up?

After you complete payment, you will receive an email from me within 1 to 2 business days with a link to schedule your discovery and Discovery call. We will review your goals, map out your plan for the program, and schedule sessions.

How much time should I plan for outside of sessions?

Most creatives do best when they set aside a few hours between calls to practice shooting, apply feedback, edit, and make updates to their portfolio. You get out what you put in, and I will help keep the workload realistic so it fits your life.

Can I customize what we focus on?

Yes. Every plan is customized. We can focus on camera settings, lighting, composition, posing, editing workflow, gear setup, and portfolio direction, based on what will move the needle most for your work.

Can I upgrade from Base to Pro or Scale later?

Yes. If you start with Foundation or Elevate and decide you want deeper support, you can upgrade to the next level if there is availability. Reach out anytime and we will apply your remaining investment toward the upgrade and work out the details.

What is your reschedule or cancellation policy for sessions?

Life happens. You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice, and we will find a new time that works. Same day cancellations or no shows are counted as a used session.

Do you offer refunds?

Because I reserve time on my calendar and limit the number of mentorship clients I take, all mentorship and à la carte purchases are non-refundable. My goal is to support you fully through the entire program and help you get a real return on your investment.

Do you work with creatives outside of Bakersfield or outside the United States?

Yes. As long as we can line up time zones for Zoom calls and payments can be processed, we can work together. The only location specific offer is the Studio Intensive, which happens in person at my Bakersfield studio.

What kind of gear do I need to get started?

You do not need the latest or most expensive camera to benefit from my mentorship. We’ll work with the gear you already have and focus on getting the most out of it first. If upgrades are truly needed, I’ll help you prioritize what to invest in next based on your goals and budget, instead of guessing or buying gear you don’t actually need.
